Late Wednesday afternoon, Emerald Robinson, Chief White House Correspondent for One America News broke some very important news.
I guess you can say most of us saw this coming for the Weekly Standard as its leaders have publicly started with leftists over the last couple of years. Their hate for Pres. Trump runs so deep that it is because there reading base to bolt their confines.
William Kristol, who I admired years ago, allowed his hatred of a businessman who was able to sidestep the continued failed message of conservative experts, to increase to the point he was intolerable even for his followers.
BREAKING: Multiple sources tell me that neocon magazine @weeklystandard is expected to close its operations in a few weeks. It had lost many subscribers since the 2016 election as its #NeverTrumper editors @BillKristol @stephenfhayes @SykesCharlie publicly aligned with the Left.

Was always funny to me that Kristol and his merry band of experts could never win anything. It seemed as if William would always have something to say derogatory or inflammatory against those that put forth their foot into the political arena for President, but he never had anyone that was worthy of his praise. Nobody was ever good enough for him, but he would never run for the seat. I wonder why.
The fate of The Weekly Standard, the conservative magazine that has staked out a position as a publication on the right still critical of President Donald Trump, is uncertain, Editor-in-Chief Stephen Hayes told staff in a series of phone calls Tuesday, according to two people familiar with the matter.
The magazine’s precarious position comes after its leadership spent months searching for a buyer, the people told CNN.
The people explained that The Weekly Standard’s leadership had butted heads with MediaDC, the current parent company of the magazine, and that the two parties had agreed to allow Hayes to search for a new owner.
However, MediaDC recently informed The Weekly Standard’s leadership that the company was no longer interested in a sale, the people said.
If the Weekly Standard does close their operations someone else will find it in the rubble and help it to rise from the ashes like the Phoenix, probably with a new agenda and direction. Kristol will take his place amongst the former Republicans in purgatory as the left won’t accept them either. However, they will poke fun at them until they get tired of it.
