The latest update of ABC News’ “Whip Count” on the Syria War Vote in the House of Representatives continues to show a bleak picture for President Obama. The “Opposed” or “Likely to Oppose” column has now reached 217 votes, which is a majority right now with two seats vacant. Only 43 members “Support” or are “Likely to Support,” with 173 still “Undecided” or “Unknown.” Here’s the latest vote count:
