Trump: GOP doesn’t have to be unified in traditional sense, but would be better if it was

Before some of your liberal and conservative anti-trump websites start creating headlines to quote Donald Trump out of context take a look at this video below and understand what he’s talking about.

Trump knows he is not going to get 100% of the conservative vote in November. Cruz would have gotten a lot fewer votes as many Trump supporters wouldn’t have joined him after a brutal primary. I think he has reached a conclusion that he is going to go out and win a lot more independents and possibly bring back those Reagan Democrats who left the party the last few election cycles.
