President Trump said Roy Moore “totally denies” the 40-year allegations thrown at him by Alabama women and the Senate can’t afford another liberal.
It seems as if President Trump backed Moore today without endorsing him. If you get a chance, watch the video below to see if you came to the same conclusion I did.
It’s too easy to make allegations these days. Allegations ruin entire careers. If they’re false, the accuser should be disciplined severely. Also, they should be proven right away, not spread around on social media. Liberals thrive on this.
It does seem strange that it was so long ago and nothing since. Doesn’t pass the smell test. It isn’t just Trump semi-defending him, but it’s all the RINOs against him. That should tell you something.
Trump noted that Moore “totally denies” the allegations leveled by several women that Moore assaulted or pursued them when they were teenagers — and suggested, like some Moore supporters, that the accusations came out at a suspicious time.
“I do have to say, 40 years is a long time,” Trump said, referring to the allegations, which date back to the 1970s. “He has run eight races, and this has never come up.”
That contrasts with other Republicans — including top Senate leaders, who have threatened to expel Moore if he wins the Dec. 12 special election — who have said explictly that they believe Moore’s accusers.
Trump also attacked Jones — just as the Democrat is ratcheting up his campaign offensive against Moore, seizing on the assault and harassment charges more explicitly than he has in the past and using Trump’s own daughter to attack Moore.
“We don’t need a liberal person in there, a Democrat,” Trump said Tuesday before leaving the White House for the Thanksgiving holiday. “Jones — I’ve looked at his record. It’s terrible on crime. It’s terrible on the border. It’s terrible on the military.”
If you didn’t get to see the news conference today by Moore’s attorney, can watch it here (Related: Moore’s Accuser and Lawyer Allred Won’t Release Yearbook for Independent Analysis).
It sure looks like they debunked the charges from the one that was 14-years-old with the yearbook. It honestly seems like she lied and if that’s the case it terrible for the women that have genuinely been assaulted. I hope the Great people of Alabama can see that this is another attempt of the sick Democratic Party to railroad another Conservative.
If Moore drops out, the fake news wins. If he’s guilty of these charges, he should be put in jail. But to have the left wing liberal fake news media control our elections is as bad as Russia controlling our candidates.
Sorry Democrats you already played this card on Trump, and it failed. Now the card has been played on you. How does it feel?
