On Saturday morning, a man was arrested for threatening violence against a Texas Walmart.
The suspect, whose identity has not been released, posted his threat on social media and was reported to the Harlingen police who later found the suspect at his home and took him into custody on a charge of making a terrorist threat.
This incident follows another that ended up with a Missouri man who was arrested for walking into a WalMart armed to the teeth with tactical weapons and more than 100 rounds of ammunition. Earlier in the week, a Florida man was arrested for calling WalMart and threatening violence because he was “intrigued” by the El Paso shooting.
The nation has been on edge since last weekend’s shootings in El Paso, Texas at a local Walmart.
Harlingen Police indicated the unnamed subject is awaiting arraignment at the City Jail.
