Susan Rice: History Shows Us We Must Tolerate Nuclear Weapons In North Korea

Really? Did Susan Rice just say the Obama administration screwed up on North Korea?

I can’t believe that they heal the sick and raise the dead. Just another example of eight years of ineptitude. Now the truth starts to come out or how the Obama administration was a joke. How do you feel about Barack Obama’s eight years of wasted time, allowing this country to fall apart claiming all the time how change was happening for the betterment of the American people.

Past presidents including Obama failed to handle this situation, and you won’t hear it from his legion of followers because they accept failure as a victory.

“You can call it a failure,” Rice told CNN. “I accept that characterization of the efforts of the United States over the last two decades.”

Rice, who served as the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations for eight years before transitioning to the role of national security adviser, said the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has now vexed four successive American administrations, both Democrat and Republican. She said each administration has tried a range of measures, from sanctions and pressure, cooperation with China, and “other methods that we shouldn’t speak about on television,” to no avail.

“The fact of the matter is, that despite all of those efforts, the North Korean regime has been able to succeed in progressing with its program, both nuclear and missile,” Rice said. “That’s a very unfortunate outcome. But we are where we are. And we now need to decide how to proceed.

Rice advocated in a Thursday morning opinion piece in the New York Times that President Trump should tamp down his rhetoric and learn to live with a nuclear North Korea.

History shows that we can, if we must, tolerate nuclear weapons in North Korea — the same way we tolerated the far greater threat of thousands of Soviet nuclear weapons during the Cold War,” she wrote. “It will require being pragmatic.”

If there was anyone on earth who North Korea should not play with, it is President Trump. He has a pledge to this country which mainly comes from gratitude. He knows well the opportunities this country can offer and how you can become very special.

North Korea will be probably be attacked in a major way within just a few weeks, and it’s not because of Trump, it’s because they pushed the world into a situation it could no longer turn a blind eye. A combined attack from many countries will hit them all at once wiping out their industries, utilities, military capabilities, and unfortunately, thousands of innocent people will also die in both North and South Korea.

The world is ready for this, and it is much too late to stop the attack now. The game that North Korea played is, unfortunately, going to bring their destruction.
