Soledad O’Brien is finally done at CNN! Swamp is still dirty but at least this was a great start

Soledad O’Brien, former CNN host of failing morning show that I can’t even remember the name is finally out at CNN. America just balanced itself just a little bit more this morning with her departure. I am not batting an eye or shedding a tear. I have had my run-ins with Soledad O’Brien for the last year or so and I don’t mourn her firing one bit. She’s been part of the Obama cheerleading team since he got into office.

Soledad, Facts do matter – but not to you or CNN. You were an abomination to watch. I guess the question now is will you work for the Obama WH and conduct a TV show from the WH? Most of us really don’t care actually. Buckwheats in the wind.

If you don’t at least smile listening to how she ended her final Starting Point show Friday hypocritically saying:

“I think if I’ve learned anything over the past year it’s that facts matter and we shouldn’t be afraid to have tough and honest conversations”

Transcript from her departure:

“So I think if I’ve learned anything over the past year it’s that facts matter and we shouldn’t be afraid to have tough and honest conversations and maybe even argue a little bit when there’s a lot at stake. And yes, Governor Sununu, I am talking to you. Up next for me, I’m going to continue to focus on the 25 girls that we serve. We send girls to college at my foundation. Continue to focus too on good journalism, examining the critical issues that our country faces from jobs to poverty and focusing on the people who have stories to tell. And often those stories don’t get told. Huge thanks to my colleagues here at Starting Point. We’ve worked some very insane hours to bring strong journalism and important stories to our viewers.”

Final Thoughts: Sununu really got into her head! She’s permanently damaged from being intellectually undressed by him. Regular thinking Americans don’t have the tolerance for it when it comes from such a twit like Soledad or cunning viper-like attacks from an Andrea Mitchell.  But Soledad’s just really pathetic in her helplessness when challenged. None the less I’m happy to see we’re now at “Ending point” with her.
