Reporter Cuts Interview Short When Gunfire Heard At Active Police Standoff

Nothing like the sound of gunfire to ruin a bone-chilling interview for a live tv station right?

The reporter in the video below was very sketchy, to say the least when it came to having this interview so close to the standoff area.

The witness was still overwhelmed with what he had seen as he was trying to relay the details to the reporter. You knew you were going to hear the gunshots by the title of the video, so you are sort of on the edge of your seat, and when you do hear them, you know something is going down.

A Florida news reporter was covering a shooting at an apartment complex Tuesday when shots rang out behind her, while she was live on the air.

A WMBB-TV reporter was covering the story from a distance as the gunfire erupted.

“As you all can hear right, shots going off,” the reporter said as she ended an interview.
