And the hits keep coming…
Last Saturday, Fox News canceled Judge Jeanine Pirro’s show on Saturday night after she questioned Rep. Ilhan Omar wearing of the hijab on the floor of the House of Representatives the previous week. Fox News condemned Pirro for asking the question.
On Monday, Fox News announced they were hiring the former DNC chairperson Donna Brazile as a paid contributor to the shock of many viewers.
On Tuesday, former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan joined the Fox family as a board member. Ryan doesn’t support or defend President Trump even though they are supposed to be on the same team. This hire was based on a coming together of the Disney deal which will allow Fox Corporation to house Fox News, sports networks and Fox TV stations.
What experience Ryan has with that, I don’t know, but this seems like a buddy-move.
Ryan was announced on Tuesday, along with investment fund CEO Anne Dias, former Twenty-First Century Fox CEO and current CEO of Formula 1 Chase Carey, and member of several media company boards and a former CEO of Telemundo Group Roland A. Hernandez. They join Rupert Murdoch, Lachlan Murdoch, obviously, as well as Australian businessman and member of several Murdoch boards Jacques Nasser, who was already publicly announced.
“We are thrilled to welcome our new colleagues to the Fox board,” said Lachlan Murdoch, who serves as the Fox Corp. CEO. “We look forward to working with and being guided by them as we begin a new chapter, steadfastly committed to providing the best in news, sports and entertainment programming.”

Ryan is nothing but a complete disappointment to many! He did ZERO as a speaker and did damage to Conservatives and is the reason Republicans lost the House.
I pushed this guy for a few years, but he turned out to be a negative influence for the GOP. Never there in the crunch and never had Trump’s back although he talked a good game. His comments were right in line with his past performance
