I know this is a “taboo subject” for some, but this story is important because pornography – especially in the internet era – has destroyed this country’s traditional moral values and enslaved an entire generation of men.
Don’t believe me? Take a look at these statistics:
According to the website expastors.com, the average age that children become introduced to pornography is 11 years old.
In addition, one-third (33%) of men between the ages of 18 and 30 either think that they are addicted or are unsure if they are addicted to pornography. Combined, 18% of all men either think that they are addicted or are unsure if they are addicted to pornography, which equates to 21 million men.
Other statistics from several studies and articles conducted by researchers found that:
· 50% of religious men and 20% of religious women stated that they were addicted to pornography.
· 54% of men polled that they visited porn websites at least frequently.
· Men are more than 543% more likely to look at porn than women.
· People who have committed adultery are more likely to view pornography.
· People who have paid for sex are 270% more likely to view adult sexual content.
Even more alarming, Pornhub’s 2016 “Year In Review” revealed that people all around the globe spent over 4.5 billion hours watching in 2016.
And we wonder why Christian moral values are deteriorating and our country is on a downward skid into the bowels of hell?
Wonder no more…
Porn makes men weak – and I’m not even talking about “virility.” I mean in the sense of being what a man is supposed to be – strong, righteous family men who represent decent values. How on earth can any man learn to be a “great leader” when he’s mentally and emotionally enslaved by pornhub.com? Instead of being stoic moral leaders, an entire generation of young men are nothing more than low-character perverted voyeurs.
The good news is that men are waking up and saying “no more” to the enslavement of digital pornography.
The “No Nut November” movement may have a funny name, but the cause is doing serious work to help men end their porn addictions and embrace traditional moral values by calling on them to refrain from masturbation for an entire month. Many men take it a step further and refrain from having any intimate relations at all during the month of November – and while some women may not like it in the short run, in the long run, they will appreciate and benefit from men who are moral, focused, and ready to lead.
No Nut November is a month where people abstain from having an orgasm.
It was originally aimed at men but women can take part too.
No Nut November started life as a social media phenomenon.
People began to tweet about the “new powers” they had after abstaining from masturbation or sex for a month.
Men have said they have been using the time they would usually be getting frisky to learn a new skill – one man claimed he was now almost fluent in Spanish. [The Sun]
Regardless of how you celebrate “No Nut November,” its most powerful message to young men is that porn is evil and it “rewires” your brain. You lose focus at work, you don’t go to church, and your relationships and your community suffer as a result.
Conservative pundit Paul Joseph Watson put together this video on the movement.
