Nigel Farage Surprised Friend Trump Attacked Syria; “I Hoped For Better From This Administration”

Nigel Farage, a friend, and supporter of President Donald Trump is surprised at the actions he took against Syria on Thursday night.

Farage joined a radio interview on Friday morning to speak about Trump’s attack on Syria and the feeling of being shocked that the Commander-in-chief have previously said he would stay out of such incidents while he was campaigning.

I understand Farage’s frustration and even Paul Joseph Watson from Infowars stated he was leaving the #TrumpTrain, but a lot of Trump supporters on social media continue to support the airstrike on Syria because Trump said it was proper to do it.

I admit my problem with this is why haven’t Trump supporters given Barack Obama the same benefit of the doubt. Obama trained Syrian rebels to fight against Al Assad because he allegedly gassed over 200K Syrians and our side was pissed off. Trump bombs airstrip after 80 were killed due to alleged gasing and we’re on board. I don’t understand.

Mr Farage’s words followed comments from Ukip’s current leader Paul Nuttall, who said: “The whole world rightly condemns the use of chemical weapons in Syria, but the US attack on the Assad regime does nothing to lower tensions, nor will it hasten peace in that country.

Too often rash responses to horrific situations are about the conscience of the attacker, rather than a clear-headed response to an awful situation.

“There are currently no good options in Syria. Assad or Isis is not a choice anyone would wish to make. But firing off missiles in an enraged response shows weakness not strength in the face of horror. I hoped for better from this administration.”
