UPDATE: NFL Player’s Ex-Girlfriend Lawyer Speaks — Calls Home Attack Targeted Her Client

I am still open-minded about this situation and the more I learn the more questions I have.

LeSean McCoy’s ex-girlfriend, Delicia Cordon attorney released a statement after her client was beaten up in a seemingly targeted attack. The victim implies break-in to her home was deliberate and materials demanded by the NFL player were the only things removed from the home during the robbery. She claims McCoy had demanded she give back the jewelry he gave her and she declined.

Attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham claims there was no forced entry into Cordon’s home adding that the NFL player had changed the security code while not giving it to the victim.

McCoy had tried to obtain a court order to remove the victim from the home on June 1 when Cordon was out of town. He then had friends and family members who went over to the house per his instructions and tried to remove her things but she noticed on her security phone app what was going on and called the police to stop them.

Cordon and her 16-year-old son had been living at the home when this break-in occurred.

Public records show that Cordon and McCoy at one point shared an address in Alpharetta, Ga. We reached out to local police departments in the area seeking any information related to any incidents involving McCoy or Cordon, and received this statement from the Milton County police department:

On July 10, 2018 at approximately 3:18 A.M., Milton Police responded to a home invasion at a residence on Hickory Pass near the Cherokee County line. The preliminary investigation indicates that this residence was specifically targeted by the suspect or suspects, and not a random incident.

When officers arrived they found one victim who had been physically assaulted by a lone intruder. During the altercation, the suspect demanded specific items from the victim. An adult female victim was treated and released at North Fulton Regional Hospital. A second adult female victim also sustained a minor injury during the incident.

Seems like everything happened within a week leading up to their court date. Looks like it could be him or her doing. I just don’t picture a woman telling someone to break in and pistol whip me and beat the hell out of me, and don’t forget to leave me for dead.

But it’s very easy for me to picture a man telling someone to break in the house because I know she’s going to be home and get my stuff back and if you have to beat her down if she gives you any problems, especially if there are hard feelings going on.

He should have just moved and cut his losses. Have lawyers handle everything and don’t go near her. He had more to lose and she was going after it as we all know. Now his career is probably over and for what? A house, jewelry and hurt feelings.

As the picture is becoming a lot clearer, that doesn’t clear up the fact that McCoy severely beat up a defenseless dog and possibly enhanced his body with steroids which is against NFL policy. There’s a lot going on here and even if McCoy didn’t lay a hand on his ex-girlfriend, if his goons did, they were acting under his advisement.
