Judge Andrew Napolitano is not too pleased with President Trump which is why he has been erring on the side of negativity whenever asked about certain issues he’s called upon when appearing on Fox News.
The reason why Napolitano is not happy with Trump or one of the main reasons is that allegedly the President didn’t pick him for a Supreme Court Justice. Napolitano denies that claim by the President who has stuck to his accusation.
Last year, Napolitano wrote a scathing op-ed about Trump’s decision to choose then-Judge Brett Kavanaugh to sit on the Supreme Court. Many people didn’t share it, but Judge Nap’s attitude toward the president changed drastically.
On Monday, Napolitano targeted Kavanaugh for siding with four liberal justices whose decisions made it possible for individuals to bring class-action lawsuits against Apple’s application store, which has been in the news lately for removing some conservative applications without reason.
This would help those injured parties take Apple to court to not only have their day in court but possible win damages. I am surprised the conservative judges didn’t join in on this one too,
Appearing on America’s Newsroom Monday morning, the Judge expressed surprise to anchor Bill Hemmer over Kavanaugh’s apparent flouting of conservative judicial norms and siding with Justices Ruth Bader-Ginsberg, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Stephen Breyer.
“All the indications about Brett Kavanaugh were he was a conservative that wouldn’t listen to the other side and during the course of the unfortunate hearings that he had,” Napolitano said, adding, “when he was allowed to talk about his political philosophy he said I am not a monolithic anything. I listen to the facts and I apply the law.”
“Today he and the four liberal members of the court radically expanded the rights of plaintiffs to bring class actions,” Napolitano finished.
