Pelosi Calls Closed Door WH Meeting “A Setup” So President Could “Walk Out”

Speaker Nancy Pelosi gave a press conference on her version of what happened during Wednesday’s White House visit.

Sen. Chuck Schumer seems to have stretched the truth regarding what happened inside the Oval Office where there were no cameras. Pelosi decided to compound that by backing Schumer.

“Let me just make the clarity — not only was the president unpresidential, surprise, surprise, yesterday in his behavior, I think the meeting was a setup so he could walk out, but I’ll say just that,”

“As I said to him yesterday, these people cannot go to their fathers to cover their payments, their costs, can you?”

“Can any of you, if this happened to you? If you can, good luck that’s wonderful for you, but that doesn’t speak for most families in our country.”

Pres. Trump and many in the room contend how he gave Democrats the floor and then asked if he signs on to open up the government, within 30 days will Democrats give money toward the border and Pelosi allegedly said no. Trump then left the meeting.

That doesn’t sound like a setup, that sounds like Trump following his “Art of the Deal” instructions to leave when the meeting isn’t going to produce any results.
