Massachusetts Activist Judge Indicted For Not Detaining Illegal Alien For ICE!

What? A judge not upholding the law that he was sworn to uphold. Time for the judge to get off the bench.

For anyone that wants to lay that at the feet of President Trump, keep moving. This has nothing to do with POTUS and everything to do about a judge who is turning criminal illegal aliens loose on society.

Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph thought to use her activism to save an illegal from being picked up by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

It is not the judge’s role to release detainees because they do not want them to pick up. This judge is applying her own interpretation of our laws and needs to be removed from the bench.

A state judge in Massachusetts was indicted Thursday for refusing to allow ICE to take custody of an undocumented immigrant, according to court papers.

Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph, 51, of Natick, was charged in the case along with a court officer, Wesley MacGregor, 56, of Watertown.

“The allegations in today’s indictment involve obstruction by a sitting judge, that is intentional interference with the enforcement of federal law, and that is a crime,” said U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling. “We cannot pick and choose the federal laws we follow, or use our personal views to justify violating the law.”

According to officials, police in Newtown arrested a suspect on March 30, 2018 for being a fugitive on narcotics charges. Officials discovered that the suspect had been deported twice and Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued a detainer. [ABC News]

This judge is exactly the reason America is becoming weak. Give the judge jail time, disbarred, 20 years probation, and required to pay for all expenses related to this case just like in Chicago. This judge should be publicly shamed.

How poetic would it be if she has to do some jail time for this? He is out free, to drive drunk and continue with his drug doings, while she sits in a cell. Furthermore, how can she sit in judgment of others for not following laws, when she is unable to follow them as well.
