On MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” today, Time’s Mark Halperin said he believes “whatever” the Supreme Court rules this week on ObamaCare is “bad for the President.”

If it is struck down, it is a huge blow to Obama, who “wasted a year-and-a half” of a filibuster proof majority pushing through a bill the public was solidly against. If it is upheld, it gives Romney and the Republicans the opportunity to rally the nation against what is an already very unpopular law. Halperin believes Democrats – including Obama – will talk little about ObamaCare even if it is upheld, because it is so unpopular.
