Man Vandalizes His Car With Racist Slurs — Guess What, No Charges!

Dauntarius Williams, 21, told law enforcement his car had been vandalized with racist hate slurs, but it seems he couldn’t keep up with the charade.

He confessed to doing the crime but then comes the twist.

Looking at the vehicle, if someone were to write all that on a car, you would have to have some severe hate inside your heart to do that to someone.

Williams after a series of questioning and backup investigation told law enforcement officials he defaced his car. This incident happened close to the Kansas State University school so you can only imagine if this had turned into a full-scale problem.

Riley County Police Director Brad Schoen and the Riley County Attorney Barry Wilkerson had conversations with Williams and from there, decided to let this go instead of charging with filing a false report, which could have carried criminal charges.

The two law enforcement agencies concluded that despite having filed a false report, criminal charges against Williams would not be in the best interests of the citizens of Manhattan.

In a news release, police said Williams expressed genuine remorse “and expressed sincere regret that his actions had resulted in the negative media attention that resulted.”

“I would like to deeply apologize to the community,” Williams said in a statement released by police.

The whole situation got out of hand when it shouldn’t have even started. It was just a Halloween prank that got out of hand. I wish I could go back to that night but I can’t. I just want to apologize from the bottom of my heart for the pain and news I have brought you all,” he said.

Williams had called The Star after the incident and said he was a K-State student and was leaving the university. K-State said it had no record of Williams being a student.

It seems that Williams must have cried his eyes out to the point of passing out or as the report says, he “expressed sincere regret that his actions had resulted in the negative media attention that resulted.” Yeah ok. They got snowed!

“I would like to deeply apologize to the community,” Williams said in a statement released by police.

Why do I say Williams pulled one over on the police? Williams made contact with The Star, the main newspaper in the area and told them he was a Kansas State student and was leaving the university. Guess what, Kansas State said it had no record of Williams being a student. He’s 21 years old, and a liar and I am sure it’s not the first time. Reports of the incident even led to a group of African-American students to hold an online campus meeting to discuss what recourse they would take, and the police let him go without as much as a ticket.

This is why our country is in so much trouble. They allow the wolf to get away with the crime while they keep Little Red Riding Hood locked away in the house. He should have been charged and bonded for doing something so heinous.
