Keaton Jones Mom Takes Down Confederate Flag Post; Pauses GoFundMe

Keaton Jones mom is under fire tonight for posting a photo of a Confederate flag on Facebook which she just removed.

Not only did she post a Confederate flag that included her son Keaton and other family members, the GoFundMe that was initially a goal under 10K and now a vaulted 20K has been paused by the owner of the page and GoFundMe executives.

I gave an opinion that a GoFundMe in this instant didn’t seem right because he didn’t lose anything with a monetary value. With the outpouring of help from major celebrities and stars, they would most definitely make all that up very quickly. An MMA fighter claimed to have had a talk with the mother about flying him out to Los Angeles to meet some of the fighters in a VIP-like type atmosphere, but he also claims she declined and directed him to the GoFundMe page to spread for donations.

She denies that claim according to Fox News.

When speaking about the Confederate flag, the mom said she removed it for a reason but did not inform the media why. She also posted this on Instagram earlier tonight;

“I love my kids: Ya’ll people do not know me or my family,” Jones wrote. “Did y’all know that my son Keaton was spit on in school, picked on by teachers, that supposed to be there for him??? I’m guessing y’all didn’t because y’all wanna steady Judge me and say I’m using him for money that’s false.”

First off, I feel for this child; no child deserves to be ridiculed or humiliated by anyone. Period. We live in a nation where the top brass here is bullies, so it doesn’t surprise me at all that this is still a growing epidemic.

Americans need an alternative to the mainstream media. That’s why we exist. Donate $10 today and help us continue to fight!

However, throwing cash at this situation isn’t helping anything. She’s not using the money for anything for her son’s situation. This situation is not tangible, nor can it be resolved by cash donations.
