Kaepernick is also a cancer to the NFL, who has also negatively impacted attendance in the league. If he wants to go to court, I am sure that information will be brought out.

No team wants to sign a cancer like him to their team and have fans boycott, am I right? Let’s also remember Kaepernick is the same hypocrite that says he’s concerned about social justice and doesn’t even bother to vote.
Many of you do not know, Kaepernick opted out of his multi-million dollar contract with the 49ers, or he would still be employed. He made a bad choice, so he is responsible for his unemployment. With his stats, the past few years compared to the circus around him, owners have weighed risk vs. reward and said not worth it.
Kaepernick has hired high-profile attorney Mark Geragos and is preparing to release a statement about his grievance soon, added Freeman.
The free-agent quarterback has remained unemployed since his release by the San Francisco 49ers in March and has garnered little interest from teams around the league.
This has caused some to suggest he’s being blackballed for his national anthem protests during the 2016 season.
Well folks it just happened. Can't say we didn't see this coming though.

Kaepernick thinks he can use the “black-skin” and “national anthem-kneeling” as reasons why he’s not in the league anymore. There are lots of players that are kneeling who still have jobs. Miami wanted him, but then he opened up his dumb mouth about Castro and pissed off the Cuban population in Miami. Not to mention he just isn’t that good. He was benched long before he started kneeling.
As for the kneeling during the National Anthem stunt, in America we stand for the anthem because we are proud of our country and way of life, we held in honor of the ones that have fought and died so that we did not have too. If you don’t stand you are going to make enemies that will, in turn, make life hard for you. Get used to it. I wouldn’t be surprised if their contracts don’t get renewed. Better get that grievance in while you can cause some people future in the NFL and NBA are looking pretty grim.
What owner wants the 1) headache of your “protests” on their time, and now 2) someone who files suits against the owners. What folly. Whoever is advising you is doing you a disservice.
