The Supreme Court voted 5-4, yes, that includes Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, to halt Lousiana’s 2014 law requiring abortion doctors to have hospital admitting privileges for patient emergencies.
This law could have shut down abortion facilities that were “shoddy” and not prepared to help patients needing emergency procedures. There are currently three abortion facilities in Louisiana: Shreveport, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans.
Many conservatives who felt Justice John Roberts was going to be a strong ally against abortion, seems to have been compromised by the deep state during the Obamacare hearing and is now a puppet on a string. Am I reaching too far to think someone needs to find out what they have on him

And where the heck is Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg? If Ginsburg is supposedly walking a mile a day, working out with her trainer, and going to concerts, then why can’t she sit in a courtroom? There hasn’t been an update on her condition in weeks. Where is she?
A divided Supreme Court stopped Louisiana from enforcing new regulations on abortion clinics in a test of the conservative court’s views on abortion rights.
The justices said by a 5-4 vote late Thursday that they will not allow the state to put into effect a law that requires abortion providers to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals.
Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court’s four liberals in putting a hold on the law, pending a full review of the case.
President Donald Trump’s two Supreme Court appointees, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, were among the four conservative members of the court who would have allowed the law to take effect.

Please take note, how the Justice picked by the “Jesus is my co-pilot” Republican President that the NeverTrumper neocons all loved for going to war for them is on the pro-abortion side.
The two Justices the supposedly dangerous, and non-conservative Republican President picked whom they all tried to help lose was on the side of the unborn. Movement conservatism, accomplishing nothing for 60-plus years now.
I can not say off the top of my head of people who died during abortion procedures, but I have always found it oddly hypocritical of the Dems that they are mainly in favor of abortion on demand, calling it a ‘choice’ between a woman and the doctor. While at the same time they support piles of regulations on the treatment a woman needs after an abortion – from pain meds to antibiotics to anti-coagulants to psychological support, etc.
The things I abhor the most in people is lack of principle (the ends justify the means), and hypocrisy or unequal application of so-called ‘principles’ depending on the topic. Why is an abortion a choice between a woman, her doctor, and God but everything surrounding that choice regulated and controlled by numerous government agencies?
I am a man. I resent the idea promulgated by the left that some things are sacrosanct while other things need to be highly-related and subject to governmental regulatory whim.
