iPhone X Stops Working In Cold Weather; Apple Working On Fix

You would think that if you spent over 1,000 dollars for a cell phone, it shouldn’t have problems working in cold weather, right?

Well, all iPhone X users best are aware of the news because it’s not good. Reddit users have begun notifying their platform that the new phone that was released a couple of weeks ago doesn’t work in cold weather. After a few minutes of warm temperature, it will begin to work again. What’s worse is that Apple knows of this deficiency and they didn’t tell the consumers.

What’s ironic is that many consumers felt justified to stand in long lines, in the cold so that they could pay top dollar for the latest and greatest iPhone. You gotta feel a bit foolish now. Maybe you need to reflect and learn from the old saying “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” You might become a little more enlightened. I was going to say I feel sorry for you all, but in all actuality, I don’t.

If you’re the proud owner of a brand new iPhone X, you’re going to want to make sure the device stays inside a warm environment.

Hundreds of users on Reddit are warning that in cold temperatures, the device stops working.

Users say you have to wait a few minutes for it to warm up before it starts working again.

In a statement, Apple says they are aware of the issue and are now preparing a software update.

Apple released iOS 11.1.1 on Thursday, which fixed an autocorrect bug that caused the letter “i” to change to an “a” and a question mark symbol.

So far the “best phone ever” seems a dud that requires patch after patch needed in the first week. Hmmm. This is what $1000 gets you? No thanks.
