- Rep. Ilhan Omar had a tense exchange with Elliot Abrams in the House Of Representatives
- Omar snapped back at President Trump who thought she shouldn’t be on the House Foreign Affairs Committee
- Republicans have been demanding Omar be pulled from her committee assignment
Rep. Ilhan Omar basically called Elliott Abrams a liar when she asked him why should anyone believe his testimony on what is happening in Venezuela.
She also refused to allow him to respond in the manner he wanted to answer the question.
Reading from a script prepared by anti-semitic leftist hacks replete with one lie after another. The entire episode is illustrative of the woman’s absolute disdain for the United States. One wonders why voters continue to elect representatives, hostile to American tradition, and seemingly dedicated to the dismantling of the Constitutional Republic.
After incorrectly addressing him as “Mr. Adams,” Omar went after his credibility for withholding information from Congress during the Iran-Contra affair and how he considered American involvement in El Salvador as a success.
“If I can respond to that,” Abrams interjected.
“It wasn’t a question,” Omar replied.
“It was an attack, an attack,” Abrams shot back.
“I reserve the right to my time,” Omar continued over the protest of Abrams.
“It is not right for members of this committee can attack a witness who is not permitted to reply,” he said.
When asked if he thinks a massacre that occurred in El Salvador “under our watch” was a “fabulous achievement,” Abrams said it was a ridiculous question and won’t respond to a personal attack.
“Under your watch a genocide will take place and you will look the other way because American interests will be upheld, is a fair question. Because the American people want to know that anytime we engage a country that we think about what our actions coud be and how we believe our values are being fathered,” Omar explained.
Take a stand before it’s too late, or your children and grandchildren will inherit a Third World disaster.
