According to Reuters, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement are ramping up and going to make a huge statement against illegals real soon. They want to discourage the illegal aliens, and border crossers arriving from Mexico, and Americans are hoping to see huge changes.
I believe all illegal aliens “that have received a removal order from the U.S.,” need to be deported regardless if they are single, childless or families which is all irrelevant, and illegal alien Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipients need to be deported when their current temporary status has expired, no renewals.
We also need to adjust the 14th Amendment only to consider newborns in the US as citizens if at least one biological parent is a US citizen (verified by DNA if that US citizen is alleged to be the father)
Reuters: U.S. immigration authorities want to deport recently arrived families who are in the United States illegally to discourage the surging numbers of Central Americans arriving from Mexico, a government official leading the effort said on Wednesday.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will target for deportation families that have received a removal order from a U.S. immigration court, said Mark Morgan, the acting director of ICE, in a call with reporters.
This is a good start, but we also need to enforce laws that will deport ALL having entered the US illegally and those residing in the US illegally, that is already the law. We need to revise asylum laws to require that asylum seekers apply in their home countries and not just FORCE their way into the US illegally or through ports of entry. We need to change the time illegal alien minors can be held, as they Still are illegal aliens, regardless of age.
Reuters: There were more than 56,000 cases on the fast-tracked family docket as of June 14, according to data from the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the agency that oversees the nation’s immigration courts.
Approximately 12,800 have been ordered removed on the fast-tracked family docket, EOIR data shows. Of those, the majority were removed in absentia — meaning they did not show up for the hearing at which they were ordered deported.
Kevin Landy, a former ICE assistant director under the Obama administration, said that many families who were released “were often not given specific information about where they should show up for their hearings.”
As you read, “12,800 have been ordered removed,” so start with them, and do not stop. It’s very important to make anyone that wants to test our laws feel the weight of consequence.
US taxpayers never voted for our taxes to fund any program to “house, feed, transport and oversee” illegal alien single people or families.
There won’t be any complaints about this from the majority of us in this country, whatsoever. If the government needs some help with this, I’m sure there are a few million of us who would be willing to volunteer to help for free!
