House Passes Bill to Overturn Obama Executive Action That Spurred Border Crisis

In a separate bill, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to overturn President Obama’s Executive Action behind the massive influx of illegal alien children pouring across the Southern Border of the United States. The bill also included language that bars Obama from using the same approach to legalize other groups of people in the future.

The move by Republicans is to try and prevent Obama from doing what it appears he plans to do by the end of the summer – go around Congress and use Executive Orders to legalize millions of illegal aliens. Of course, the Democrat-controlled U.S. Senate will not act on this bill.

But Republicans have staked out a position in advance of Obama’s likely unconstitutional use of Executive action once again.
