This has to be a blow against the Senate Republicans who have sided with Sen. Mitch McConnell in his attempt to stop Alabama’s Judge Roy Moore from joining them if elected.
This entire past week has been one from hell for Moore. The Washington Post came out with their story about him and allegations of sexual abuse to teenagers in his early years that were 40-year-old stories. Senators Mitch McConnell and John McCain publicly ran to the microphone telling him to step down. McConnell informed his SuperPAC not to help Moore’s efforts.
The Senate Republican Fund pulled their support thus cutting off their funding support. Senators such as Mike Lee pulled their endorsement. It’s been a terrible week. (Related: Judge Roy Moore — “I Have Not Been Guilty Of Sexual Misconduct With Anyone”)
But the people of Alabama believe their guy over the swamp runners in Washington, D.C.
According to a poll by Decision Desk HQ, a whopping 63 percent of Republican voters in the state still support Roy Moore and that has to be a huge blow to the GOP establishment and liberal media that have joined together in an unholy alliance to attack and damage him.
Remember, without proof, 40-year-old allegations have come out of nowhere attempting to sink his campaign after he defeated McConnell’s, Luther Strange. McConnell dropped millions of dollars into helping Strange win the race, and it didn’t pan out.

Sixty-three percent of Republicans in the state of Alabama would still vote for the Republican candidate, according to a poll released by Decision Desk HQ after a report that details inappropriate sexual conduct between Moore and multiple woman, including a 14-year-old girl.
Only 15.7 percent of Republicans back Democratic candidate Doug Jones in the heavily red state, and 17.7 percent opt to write-in current Alabama Sen. Luther Strange, who lost the primary election to Moore in September.
The poll was conducted via phone on Nov. 9 amongst 515 likely voters. The margin of error was plus or minus 4.3 percent.
If CNN had conducted this poll, they would have asked about 200 employees what they thought, agreed?
Leigh Corfman, one of the women, alleged that she and Moore had a sexual encounter while she was only 14 in 1979, a time when Moore was a 32-year-old assistant district attorney, The Washington Post reported Thursday.
The same Washington Post that has created many negative and untrue stories against Republicans in the past and most recently and daily, against President Trump.
Three other women have come forward as well to allege similar circumstances. Wendy Miller said Moore met her while she was a 14-year-old Secret Santa helper and asked her to go out when she turned 16. Another woman, Debbie Wesson Gibson, said Moore asked her out when she was 17 and they kissed, but did not engage in sexual intercourse. Gloria Thacker Deason said she and Moore began going on dates when she turned 18.
Moore has flatly denied all the accusations, calling them “fake news.”
Moore has an uphill battle until the election, but everyone must remember, he is not guilty until he is proven so. The media can run the story 24/7 to force you to believe Moore is done but you can see the people of Alabama aren’t watching the media.
They know it’s an “us vs. them” mentality and the media will lose every time.
