After I fixed this, I figured I would share with the whole world so you could experience good eating with the taste of a restaurant.
Here is what you will need:
- 5 to 6 boneless chicken breast
- 7-10 mild italian turkey sausage/pork sausage links
- a pound & half peppers (red, orange, yellow and green)
- two jars of Alfredo sauce
- two jars of mild salsa
- one box of penne pasta
Extra ingredients: garlic pepper, chicken Montreal seasoning, cracked peppercorn and cilantro.
NOTE: If you are cooking for yourself you only need one jar of Alfredo sauce and one jar of mild salsa.
Cut your chicken breasts into bite-size squares, do the same for your turkey sausage links. Melt down a quarter of a stick of butter and then add your chicken breast and turkey/pork sausage (peel skin off sausage when cooking). In another pan, add another quarter stick of butter and then insert your peppers but do not caramelize them, make sure the peppers have tasted some of the melted butter before turning off the pan. Mix the alfredo jars of sauce with both jars of salsa and if you need to add milk you can do so. Note: I added a little milk inside both of the alfredo sauce jars to get the rest of the sauce. Drain chicken and sausage liquid and then place back in the pan.
To your liking, add the garlic powder, pepper, chicken Montreal seasoning and a couple of pictures of cilantro. Stir in until coated.
Add peppers and then alfredo sauce mixture and keep heated until boiling then quickly turn down to simmer. Boil your penne pasta and when finished, add to the chicken sausage mixture.
