DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen Resigns!

Kirstjen Nielsen, Department of Homeland Security Secretary, has resigned her position within the Trump Administration and while some will say it was a long time coming, most feel it wasn’t as bad as advertised, but the border is wide open.

I don’t blame Nielsen if she leaves the DHS. As of this point, President Trump should appoint an Armed Forces General to that position. It’s a tough job, considering the bickering going on at Washington DC. — It’s a cacophony of voices, mostly coming from the establishment Democrats and Republicans.

It’s not all her fault, but drastic measures need to be taken. Maybe she can’t sign on to that.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen is expected to offer her resignation at a meeting at the White House on Sunday, U.S. officials familiar with the matter say. Nielsen was set to meet with President Trump at 5 p.m., the officials said.

Nielsen’s expected departure is a part of a massive DHS overhaul engineered and directed by top Trump adviser Stephen Miller, according to a senior U.S. official. It’s unclear whether Nielsen is deciding to resign voluntarily, or whether she has been pressured to resign. Nielsen has served as DHS secretary since December 2017, and questions about how much longer she might last have swirled for months, as the president continues to articulate his frustrations about illegal immigration.

Trump is trying to do the right thing but gets resistance from Democrats, RINOS, federal judges and stupid immigration laws. Democrats are now suing him over the national emergency declaration and moving funds to protect the American people.

Replace her with a HELLION! Someone who will move heaven and earth to protect the border, the citizens and the law. The current sieve allowing law-breakers and illegals to enter is not acceptable. Firm boundaries make strong countries. The US deserves no less.

I’ve said this before. It takes a special man to deal with all of this as a regular man or woman can’t deal with this type of pressure when it seems everyone is against you, from all sides.
