Dennis Miller on Al Gore’s Al Jazeera Deal: ‘I Don’t Like Guys Who Profit From Being a Prophet’

On The O’Reilly Factor, Dennis Miller came down on Al Gore for, well, being Al Gore. The former vice president recently sold Current TV to Al Jazeera for a reported $500 million dollars.

He called out Gore for preaching about the green movement, while making a deal with big oil. “I don’t like guys who profit from being a prophet,” Miller said.

Referring to Gore as a “hack,” he told Bill O’Reilly, “Ethically speaking, [Al Gore] makes John Edwards look like Sir Thomas More.”

Miller added, “At this point I would say, ‘Al, go seek absolution from Oprah. That’s all you got left.’”
