Six Democratic Committee Chairman in the House sent a letter to Attorney General William Barr on Friday after the news reported he completed his investigation and there are no more indictments on the horizon.
Just so you know, we are entering the next phase of the Russian Collusion Delusion — denial, followed by more meaningless subpoenas and pointless investigations from the House. The Russian Fake Dossier plant by the Hillary campaign is backfiring bigly on the Dems, and these loons are desperate to find some excuse to say the Mueller report is now a cover-up for the President. This insanity is going to continue until we American Patriots take back the House and re-elect President Trump in 2020.
The letter was signed by the following:
- Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY)
- Committee on Financial Services Chairwoman Maxine Waters (D-CA)
- Committee on Ways and Means Chairman Richard Neal (D-MA)
- Committee on Oversight and Reform Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-MD)
- Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA)
- Committee on Foreign Affairs Chairman Eliot Engel (D-NY).
A.G. Barr has confirmed the completion of the Special Counsel investigation. We look forward to getting the full Mueller report and related materials. Transparency and the public interest demand nothing less. The need for public faith in the rule of law must be the priority. pic.twitter.com/QYA2xCR1QW

After nearly two years of investigation — accompanied by two years of unprecedented attacks on the integrity of the investigation by President Trump — the public and Congress are entitled to know what the Special Counsel has found. Reflecting the will of the American people, the House of Representatives voted 420-0 last week for the full release of the Special Counsel’s report to Congress and the American people. Earlier this week, President Trump himself endorsed making the report available to the public.
The Justice Department must now release to the public the entire report submitted by Special Counsel Mueller to the Attorney General. This report is required under the Special Counsel regulations, and we expect the Attorney General to release it without delay given the profound public interest in the full disclosure of information learned by the Special Counsel. Consistent with the Justice Department’s past practice and to ensure Congress can discharge its constitutional responsibilities, we also expect the underlying evidence uncovered during the course of the Special Counsel’s investigation will be turned over to the relevant Committees of Congress upon request.
To be clear, if the Special Counsel has reason to believe that the President has engaged in criminal or other serious misconduct, then the Justice Department has an obligation not to conceal such information. The President must be subject to accountability and if the Justice Department is unable to do so, then the need to provide Congress with the relevant information is paramount. Because the Justice Department maintains that a sitting president cannot be indicted, to then withhold evidence of wrongdoing from Congress because a sitting President cannot be charged is to convert Justice Department policy into the means for a cover-up. Anything less than full transparency would raise serious questions about whether the Department of Justice policy is being used as a pretext for a cover-up of misconduct.
The President is not above the law and the need for public faith in our democratic institutions and the rule of law must be the priority.
Conservatives need to shift their focus from Hillary’s emails to the far more serious crimes of the Obama administration spying on the Trump campaign and interfering in the election. By comparison, the email scandal is nothing more than a parking ticket.
Attorney General Barr must make the #Mueller report public and provide all underlying documents to Congress without delay. Transparency is the foundation of our democracy. The American people have a right to know the truth.

Mueller’s investigation began as a counterintelligence inquiry into whether individuals associated with the Trump campaign were compromised by a foreign power.
By law, that evidence he uncovered must be shared with our Committee.
And his report must also be made public. Now. pic.twitter.com/AAMsFjhZM7

The Mueller report has been released to Attorney General Barr. We've been waiting for two years! Barr has the discretion about what he releases to the public. Let's tweet, tweet, tweet and demand that the entire report be released! We deserve nothing less!

And just like that, Robert Mueller goes from being the most ethical man in Washington to just another lying Trump supporter, all because he couldn’t find evidence that doesn’t exist to prove a crime that isn’t a crime allegedly committed by a man who until three years ago the Democrats loved.
Put your money on this: there are parts of the Mueller investigation that by law must remain sealed and there are people who will use the failure to provide those things to claim that Barr is acting improperly or -bizarrely- to suddenly claim that Mueller is corrupt. Specifically, any grand jury testimony about persons who were not indicted remains secret by law. Neither Barr nor Mueller have any discretion in that at all, but the usual suspects will use what is withheld as a pretext to claim coverup.
It appears as though they may already be set that table. The statement they issued says that because Justice Dept policy maintains that a sitting president cannot be indicted, any negative information must be turned over to Congress. That essentially says that since he is not indicted any material that might have been used to indict him including grand jury testimony must be forwarded.
They know it can’t be, but this then allows them to essentially restart the process and claim that the process is corrupt.
Democrats did not accept the outcome of the election and they will not accept the outcome of this investigation. This is more than “resistance” this is rebellion. This has always been the way with Democrats who cannot get their way. It has been this way for well over 150 years. Remember, the Democrats did not accept the outcome of the election of 1860 as well.
