According to Inquisitr, several attendees of the DC Pride Parade fled the scene when reports of gunfire were heard throughout the crowd.
Thousands scattered at the very hint of the idea that someone was firing at them. I wasn’t there but I am sure the chaos mirrored what happened in Las Vegas at the country concert but that was real gunfire.
Reports of gunfire during the Washington, D.C., Pride Parade have led to chaos and sent crowds fleeing, though police later confirmed that there was no shooting.
Matt Laslo, a Vice reporter, uploaded a video of the chaos on his Twitter timeline. As you will see in the video, it shows people running away from what was supposed to be gunfire.
RESENDING (deleted earlier post after new info came in): NO shooting at DC’s Pride, according to police and city officials. But there was a scare and people were injured running away, they say. So this video shows some of the panic pic.twitter.com/NNzL6786Nv
