On Thursday morning, conservative antagonist and Fox Nation host Tomi Lahren apologized for suggesting Sen. Kamala Harris became the former attorney general of California because of sexual favors.
Social media conservatives continue to share information about Harris’ relationship with former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, who admits it did happen but Lahren is not just some regular tweeter these days. She was probably admonished quickly from Fox News execs which caused her to apologize.
“I apologize for my comment on Kamala’s personal relationship. It was the wrong choice of words. There are many other things to take her to task for and I will stick to those.”

Lahren’s apology comes on the heels of receiving outrage from women that for Fox News who found her tweet distasteful. Lahren continued throughout the evening to highlight her initial accusation.
Even though Lahren was truthful in a way, her position, where she works, does not allow her the ability to make a statement like this without hurting her status. Fox News contributor Kevin Jackson was fired from Fox News for calling out the women who made allegations against then-Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
Fox News colleagues employees Kat Timpf, Britt McHenry and Janice Dean were not happy with Lahren’s tweets and responded with their own.
Do you have any idea how damaging this is to women who’ve actually been sexually harassed, assaulted or demeaned in the workplace? How much this weakens our own gender, regardless of partisanship. My goodness.

I am curious to know what you think bringing a woman’s personal/sexual life into this accomplishes. Men do that to us enough as it is. I’m honestly asking. https://t.co/MgO0yMrAHT

If a male contributor had tweeted this they would probably be suspended with a trip to HR. Pretty disgusting, Tomi. Are clicks and retweets worth demeaning women? Would you do the same to a “conservative” female candidate?

Here’s the question one of the moderators should have asked Harris last night…
“Ms. Harris, the former Mayor of San Francisco claims that you and he were dating and had a sexual relationship while he was your boss. He also claims he helped your career during that period. Being a supposedly feminist candidate, do you see how some people might feel that your behavior actually encourages sexual harassment in the workplace? Should a woman who behaves in ways that encourage sexual harassment in the workplace really be the first woman president of the United States?”
