Do you remember the student who was suspended for catching his teacher speaking ill of President Trump in the classroom, she’s just been nominated for a Teacher Of The Year Award.
Obviously, this teacher, Olga Cox, wouldn’t know an “act of terrorism” if it got right in her face.
Call this a snowflake participation award because there is no boldness here. There is not act of courage here. This is an award to make the teacher feel better about herself and her peers to stand behind her treasonous actions because they are too coward to get in trouble themselves.
When I saw this story I was like I remember this from a month ago. The student suspended for recording Cox is back at school but can you believe she was nominated for this award?

Olga Perez Stable Cox, a psychology instructor at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa was captured on video in December saying of Trump’s recent election: “Our nation is divided, we have been assaulted, it’s an act of terrorism.” She continued by saying the “most frightening” part of Trump’s election was that “the people creating the assault are among us.”
“It is not some stranger from some other country coming and attacking our sense of what it means to be an American and the things that we stand for. And that makes it more painful because I’m sure that all of us have people in our families and our circle of friends that are part of that movement, and it is very difficult,” the professor said, adding that the U.S. was “really back to being [in a] civil war.”
“I don’t mean that in a fighting way, but our nation is divided as clearly as it was in Civil War times. And my hope is that we will get some good leadership to help us to overcome that,” Cox said.
Four months after making the inflammatory statement, Cox was nominated for “faculty member of the year,” according to Campus Reform.
NOTE: Cox has turned down the nomination without a response. No doubt, she didn’t want the media surrounding her and expanding her hate speech.
