CNN Rushes To Destroy Rep. Jim Jordan Reputation With Ohio State Wrestler Interview

CNN is now rushing to investigate and tear down another Republican based on allegations and innuendos with their latest interview.

Former Ohio State wrestler Mike DiSabato, claims Rep. Jim Jordan turned a blind eye to sexual abuse practices as coach of the wrestling team. The team doctor, Richards Strauss is being named as the abuser and Jordan, and his office has denied these allegations.

Here they come again, the leftist muckrakers whose only hope of ever winning anything is to destroy someone’s character because they have NO ideas, none. They have become a very sad, angry and disgusting party.

I didn’t even know Jordan had coached wrestling at Ohio State from 1986 to 1994 but I do believe him that he didn’t know anything about these unearthed allegations, and in my opinion, this is a witchhunt of the highest order.

Jordan is a member of the Freedom Caucus in the House of Representatives and was on course to probably succeed Rep. Paul Ryan as the new Speaker of the House.

DiSabato told NBC Jordan “is absolutely lying if he says he doesn’t know what was going on,” and appeared on CNN to further detail the abuse and Jordan’s alleged knowledge of it.

DiSabato explained his abuse at the hands of Strauss, which included an inappropriate genital exam when he was 14, and further examples of molestation.

Berman read off Jordan’s statement in response to the NBC report, which categorically denied any knowledge of the abuse.

“It’s just not true,” DiSabato said of the statement.

“What was happening was sexual assault,” DiSabato continued. “[Strauss] did this to wrestlers from other schools.”

Even though I think this is false, it will no doubt hurt Jordan’s chance to become Speaker of the House.

These were college age students who were old enough to know a grown man should not be touching them. If this indeed happened and they got no satisfaction from their coaches, I would think they were smart enough to take this higher. To fishy that over 20 years later, and after the team doctor died in 2005 they’re now saying something. I smell a smear campaign coming.

Jordan denies this and seems very sincere. It is always interesting to me that things that happened twenty years ago, and are now brought up in an election year? Where was the outrage then? Why didn’t investigators question him then? I believe Jordan until it can be “proven” otherwise with “evidence” and facts, and not dirty politics.
