Danielle Bergoli Peskowitz, 14, got famous showing disrespect to adults on Dr. Phil and parlayed that into a cash cow money making business and endorsements but now she’s in trouble.
The teen pleaded guilty to GRAND THEFT AUTO and filing a false police report relating to incidents before she went on Dr. Phil’s TV show. Anyone will notice this young girl is not lost just yet but another incident waiting to happen as her support unit has failed her. She doesn’t care about anything and with that comes no fear. When you have a youth without fear, you have a dangerous situation that can’t be controlled.
Bergoli has been hanging with the wrong people at the wrong time, acting in a world that has given her credit but very soon, will come for what’s owed.
Her father says she shouldn’t be allowed to stay in her current environment and I believe that 100 percent but you can’t fix something that doesn’t want to be fixed.

The South Florida teen that drew worldwide attention on television with her “Cash me Ousside” catchphrase on “Dr. Phil” pleaded guilty to several charges Wednesday.
Fourteen-year-old Danielle Bergoli Peskowitz entered the pleas inside a Delray Beach courthouse, according to NBC affiliate WPTV, on charges that included grand theft, filing a false police report and possession of marijuana. She was not sentenced today.
The charges stemmed from an incident that took place before the Palm Beach County native’s 2016 appearance on Dr. Phillip McGraw’s television show, where her catchphrase went viral and she began booking events across the country.
The teen currently lives in Los Angeles with her mother, but her father, Ira Peskowitz, has argued that it is not in her best interest for her to continue in that environment.
“I am the only parent in this relationship with Danielle that is trying to see the best thing for this child,” Peskowitz said outside the courtroom.
You can bet your life you won’t hear her catchphrase “Cash me ousside” in the courtroom. Danielle needs very strong support unit because her mom right now is her worst enemy. I would never say this young girl is lost at this juncture, but she’s on the pathway. I don’t even know if her father is the answer, but something needs to take place.
The judge ordered Bregoli to return to court to deal with her guilty plea in a hearing set for July 20th.
