Brilliant! Larry King has a solution for CNN ratings problems: 24hrs of Spongebob

It’s no secret that CNN’s ratings have been way down. Even though they seem to be on in every airport terminal, public building and any other public place that shows news on televisions, January has turned out to be the network’s third-lowest month in its ratings history, trailing even the train wreck of a network MSNBC and sister-network HLN. Larry King spoke to HuffPost Live and acknowledged that “CNN’s got problems” while offering the network some, in my opinion, very good advice: put on cartoons.

King said: “Put Spongebob on CNN — 24 hours — until a big story breaks. Then we break into Spongebob, and go to the hurricane, and then back to Spongebob,”

I thought the network was running cartoons. Every time I’ve caught a glimpse of the network, everyone on there looks like, sounds like and acts like a cartoon character. It is almost un-watchable anymore because it has become so overtly pro DNC anti Republican conservative that it’s nearly impossible to take them seriously.

Anyone have the Vegas odds on which station will go belly up first? CNN or MSNBC?
