Both gun control amendments proposed by Democrat Senators Diane Feinstein (D-CA) and Chris Murphy (D-CT), have failed to pass in the U.S. Senate on Monday.
The first amendment was Murphy’s “gun show loophole” amendment.

However, the reality is that there is no “gun show loophole.” Its a lie. There are already required background checks and regulations that take place in order to obtain a gun at a gun show.
The second Democrat amendment proposed was from Feinstein, which would block gun sales to those on the “no-fly” list.

The problem of course with this amendment is that those on the “no-fly” list have no due process rights. It is a “guilty until proven innocent” system, and those on the list or those mistakenly associated with the list, have no right to defend themselves against the accusation towards them.
All 4 gun control measures were stopped today, a victory for law abiding citizens who support the 2nd Amendment.
