Stephen Bannon is taking his establishment war to the GOP establishment, calling out former President George W. Bush as the worst presidency ever.
I understand your frustration at George W. Bush for that speech he gave the other day where he seemed to attack President Trump, but how can you call Barack Obama the worst president ever and then give that title to Bush? It makes you look uneven and unhinged.
Bannon could have used some other words to make his point and still receive an ovation from the crowd but “there has not been a more destructive presidency than George Bush?” Obama’s two terms were the worst ever, and there are many who would support my opinion.

“There has not been a more destructive presidency than George Bush’s,” Bannon said, speaking at the convention banquet of the California Republican Party, which is a majority Democratic state.
Bush delivered a speech on democracy and security on Thursday that some also took as a nameless rebuke of President Trump.
Bush said “bigotry seems emboldened” in the United States now and warned that Americans need to reject “white supremacy” and accept “globalization” in free trade.
“It was clear he didn’t understand anything he was talking about,” Bannon said. “He has no earthly idea of whether he’s coming or going, just like it was when he was president of the United States.”
As I said, I understand Bannon’s frustration with the establishment and anger at Bush for that speech but blurring the lines of Bush and Obama is not cool. Trump is trying to erase Obama’s destructive regulations that sunk this nation even further into a hole during the last eight years which is why we put him there in the first place.
