This can’t be healthy for the baby, right?
A breastfeeding baby boy ended up looking like “Simpsons” character Homer Simpson when his mother breastfed him after applying her “fake tan” lotion.
Keziah Jozefiak is the 20-year-old (clueless) mother who claimed she didn’t realize the tanning cream would rub off on her five-month-0ld son, Raf.
The mother said, “when I looked down at Raf, I just burst out laughing. I couldn’t believe the tan had left his mouth looking like Homer.”
The mom thought she could quickly squeeze in some “fake tanning time” while little Raf was sleeping, but he woke up hungry so she fed him.
“It is the first and definitely last time I feed him with my tan still on.
“It hadn’t actually occurred to me that the tan could transfer on to him.
“I took a picture and sent it to my girl friends and they were all laughing. Everyone finds it hilarious and my mum rang me in tears she found it so funny.”
Keziah was tanning ahead of going out for a meal with her partner James Smith, 21, when Raf woke up hungry. As the tot is exclusively breastfed, Keziah didn’t think twice before picking him up for a feed despite her Bondi Sands fake tan not having had time to dry.
After Raf had finished, Keziah – who is training to be a mortgage adviser – was left in stitches as her son had a circle of fake tan covering his lips, the bottom of his nose down to his chin, just like the stubble that appears on Homer’s face in the cartoon. [Daily Record]
The mom said it took her an hour to get the goop off her baby’s face. Poor baby, all those nasty chemicals.
I was going to suggest she start tanning in the sun, but it appears as if this lady may live in England, so we know that’s not going to happen.
Maybe a tanning bed? Or perhaps just enjoy your natural skin color and call it a day – at least while your breastfeeding, for crying out loud!
