Al Sharpton is not your typical pulpit preacher but then again everybody knows that. Sharpton has been in politics so long he’s forgotten a lot of what the Bible stands for.
Just this past Sunday, Sharpton claimed that Jesus was a refugee who fled to Egypt. But if you know anything about the biblical story, Jesus parents went to Egypt because of taxes.
Sharpton is nothing but a hypocrite that uses Bible verses inconsistently. If you plan on using a Bible analogy make sure you at least know the story before tweeting it out.
Before you head to church today, remember to thank God for his son, Jesus a refugee who fled to Egypt.
