Rep. Mark Meadows threw down the gauntlet when calling out Rep. Adam Schiff who has maintained that he had better than circumstantial evidence that President Trump colluded with Russia during the 2016 Presidential election.
On Thursday, Meadows said the House Intelligence Committee Chairman must “fess up” and admit he didn’t have the evidence he said he had of Trump-Russian collusion.
Schiff has the gavel now, so the ball is in his court. He has been claiming that he has had proof of collusion for two years. Let’s see it. Attorney General Barr can’t stop him or redact it. Let him produce that proof and make referrals to the DOJ, write his own report, or jump on the impeachment bonfire.
But then again, only the Democrats could take a comprehensive report that finds no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia and conclude that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.
Well, I mean, we don’t know, Neil.
I mean, the fact of the matter is, is that he did conclude the investigation. And, listen, you know the president. I know the president really well. If he wanted to fire Bob Mueller, he would have been fired.
I mean, to suggest that there was one conversation, and he instructed Don McGahn to fire him, and it didn’t happen, well, let me just say that he actually reports to the president of the United States. His office is right above the executive suite.
It’s not like they don’t see each other on a regular basis. So, we also don’t have the privilege of a cross-examination here. This is one side.
This is a prosecutor laying out the best evidence he has against the president, and he was still exonerated.
And so it’s a good day for America. It’s a good day for the president, because what we now know — and it was interesting. Adam Schiff had this wonderful presser just a few minutes ago. That’s a different Adam Schiff that’s been on every Sunday show and every cable news network saying, I have got evidence. We’re going to find the president guilty.
Now, all of a sudden, he’s changing the narrative. It’s time for him to fess up and admit to the American people that he didn’t have what he said he had.
Schiff is the typical Prosecutor gone rogue, and to go further, he is in a world all by himself. Pull his security clearance today, for I also feel that he is a National Security threat. He does not accept the findings of the Special Prosecutor, nor does he respect, and adhere to the Intelligence communities findings, and suggestions on this matter because he feels he’s so important.
Over three years of lying to the public and still it continues. Voters need to light up the phone lines and demand Schiff resign. All these people who misled the public by using their positions will never be believed again so they are no longer able to do their jobs.
It’s bad enough we have to deal with the left media and their lying, we do not have to put up with elected officials. Somebody needs to call out Schiff to show any evidence about everything he has been telling the public and if he fails to, resign.
