It’s always a good day when someone – anyone – takes down that nasty, mean woman Ana Navarro.

This time it was Piers Morgan, who didn’t hold back at all – and he not only schooled her but slammed her pretty darn hard as, to boot.

As you may know, Piers Morgan left the popular British morning show “Good Morning Britain” after a scuffle over Meghan Markle.

The word on the street was that Meghan got Piers fired after she lodged an official complaint with the network for Piers’s criticism of her.

However, as you’ll see shortly, Piers says he was not fired and he actually still works for ITV.

Do you think Meghan Markle is using Harry to boost her acting career?

But Ana didn’t realize that when she wrote her nasty tweet.

She and Piers used to work together at CNN, and it appears there was bad blood then, and still is now.

Here’s the tweet Ana wrote:

“If no other change comes out of the #OprahMeghanHarry interview, that it lead to @piersmorgan getting fired again from yet another job, seems like a good outcome for the benefit of humanity.”

Of course, Piers saw the tweet – like the mean girl she is – Ana tagged him it.

And here was Piers’s savage and brutal reply.

“Hi Ana, I wasn’t fired by ITV (I’m still working for them) just as I wasn’t fired by CNN (I was offered a new 2-year deal – ask Jeff). But great to see you’re just as big a treacherous little back-stabber now as you were when I worked at CNN.”

I think “treacherous little backstabber” is probably the best way I’ve ever heard Ana described.

She really is a nasty snake.

The good news for Piers is that since he’s left the show, the ratings for “Good Morning Britain” have tanked.

Bizpacreview reported that “Good Morning Britain” took ratings hit without Morgan.

Average viewership was down on Monday’s show by 255,700 compared to last Monday.

“Yesterday’s show had just 1.3 million people tuning in at its peak – with an average of 895,700 viewers,” the British tabloid reported. “For comparison, one Monday prior – on March 8 – 1.9 million viewers tuned in to watch the panel react to the Megan and Harry Oprah interview which aired overnight. Its viewership averaged out at 1,151,400 million.”

The previous Monday, March 1, the show hit 1.7 million peak viewers, with an average of 978,000.

Looks like a lot of people agee with Piers, and are not “fans” of Meghan Markle.
