Tourists in South Africa were given a life or death show that transpired between a herd of impalas and a couple of cheetahs.

The herd was blazing past by a convoy of tourists in their vehicles when everyone got a huge closeup of what they were running from. One of the last impalas seemed as if it were separated from its herd and trying desperately to elude the two hungry cheetahs so the best thing to do was take evasive action.

But nobody was expecting that it would jump headfirst into a vehicle.

The panicked impala escaped by jumping into a car through a window of a Toyota Prado, taking advantage of what the U.K. Daily Express aptly called a window of opportunity.
