Not arrested? Not tested? Oh, the double standard.

As we reported, former Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum claims he was partying with his friends during a wedding celebration when police raided the room and allegedly found crystal meth.

“I was in Miami last night for a wedding celebration when first responders were called to assist one of my friends,” Gillum said in a statement to the Miami Herald. “While I had too much to drink, I want to be clear that I have never used methamphetamines.”

If there were bags of crystal meth in the same room as I and the police found out I would be hauled in for questioning faster than that bag of pus Gillum can lie.

According to Florida statute section 893, methamphetamine is considered a Schedule II controlled substance because it has a high potential for abuse, with abuse leading to dependency. Unlawful possession of this controlled substance is considered a third-degree felony and can be punished by up to five years in the State penitentiary.

According to a statement police say Mr Meijas gave, the trio were set to meet up at the hotel room. When Mr Dyson showed up, he apparently collapsed on the bed. After being woken up, Mr Dyson apparently vomited and collapsed again, which is when Mr Mejias called first responders.

When they arrived, police found Mr Dyson and Mr Gillum “under the influence of an unknown substance” and transported Mr Dyson to a local hospital. Mr Gillum was apparently too inebriated to answer questions, but was not taken to the hospital.

Police found clear plastic baggies in the room that police suspect was crystal meth.

Police reports indicate that after Mr Dyson was taken to the hospital, officers returned to the hotel room to check on Mr Gillum, who had apparently recovered enough to return home.

Miami Beach police told the Miami Herald that “at this time the incident is not being investigated as a criminal matter,” but did not explain why. [Miami Herald]

Let’s see three men in an apartment “party” all drunk bags of Meth? Hmmm Sounds like a standard homosexual love all-night party to me, but I am not judging. I wonder what CNN has to say about this but you won’t hear about this from any of the employees and Gillum probably won’t be seen anymore, so there you have it.

This is the guy that almost became governor of Florida. This is the guy that was HEAVILY endorsed by Barack Obama. Add this to the long list of stories shining a little light into those who are supposedly the betters that know better than we how to run our own daily lives.

One judicial system for the elites, wealthy and politicians and then there are those that are the working class or less who have a totally different system by which they must live or be brutally punished either physically or financially. This is no longer America. We must soon come to terms with the fact that we are the slave class if we are not politicians, media, Hollywood, or the extremely wealthy.

To think that he almost won the Florida governors office. Florida is changing politically. Folks from the Northeast are moving away from crime and taxes but voting for Florida politicians that promote both.

In an incident report obtained by the New Times, small baggies of “suspected crystal meth” were found in the same hotel room where Gillum was reportedly vomiting in the bathroom and “unable to communicate due to his inebriated state.” Definitely a Democrat rising superstar. I could see a future presidential ticket with him and Hunter Biden on it with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as Secretary of State.

Here is Gillum’s statement on the incident:
