Is Adam Schiff having impeachment remorse?

He should be…the whole thing was a ridiculous carnival of errors and humiliation.

Insane Celeb: Report: Barbra Streisand Thinks The Founding Fathers Created ‘Impeachment’ To Stop President Trump

A few weeks back Schiff delivered a fiery speech where he vowed to take down President Trump and return him back to this golden throne or something silly like that.

“There is nothing more dangerous than a president who believes he is above the law,” said the congressman, who represents part of Los Angeles County.

Yet he did not look to the impeachment process as the solution, but rather to the party members gathered in front of him. “This is a time of great peril, but because of you and millions of activists like you, it’s a time of great promise,” he said.

“We will send that charlatan in the White House back to the golden throne he came from,” Schiff said. “And you know why? Because we vote. How do we build another big, beautiful wave? We vote.” [New York Post]

HATEFUL MEDIA: Report: Washington Post Gets Skewered For Attacking Melania Trump’s Beautiful Christmas Outfit

After a failed 2-week public hearing, negative polling, and low-ratings, Schiff is not feeling quite so jolly and confident about impeachment.

His “impeachment report” now accuses President Trump of obstruction and witness tampering (wth is this guy talking about?), and even with all that, Schiff still won’t commit to impeachment.

House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said he couldn’t publicly commit to supporting the impeachment of President Donald Trump, even as his committee released a lengthy report he said highlighted Trump’s “misconduct.”

Asked if the release of the report would lead to Schiff committing to impeaching Trump, Schiff demurred.

“I’m going to reserve any kind of public judgment on that until I have a chance to consult with my colleagues, with our leadership. I think this really needs to be a decision that we all make as a body, so I’m going to continue reserve judgment,” he told reporters in Washington on Dec. 3.

“As you can tell, I am gravely concerned that if we merely accept this, that we invite not only further corruption of our elections by this president, but we also invite it of the next president. So I am keenly aware of the significance of the precedent we set in whatever direction we move. I’m also strongly guided by the fact that one of the seminal moments in this scheme took place the day after Bob Mueller testified, the day after Donald Trump thought the last investigation was over, he began the next significant step in a new course of misconduct.” [Epoch Times]

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy lashed out at Schiff and Dems for shirking their responsibilities to the American people in order to push through this unconstitutional partisan disaster.
