Rep. Ilhan Omar seems to have been triggered by Pres. Trump calling her out on Thursday night during a rally in Minnesota.
Omar tweeted, “At his rally just now, Trump called me an ‘America-hating socialist’ and a ‘disgrace.” He shouted xenophobic conspiracy theories about me. He scolded my district for voting for me.”
She then said: “His hate is no match for our movement. Stand with me by donating now:…”

Trump: “Congresswoman Omar is an America-hating socialist. She minimized the September 11th attack on our homeland, where far more than 3,000 people died, saying: Some people did something. Big deal. Some people did something. She pleaded for compassion for ISIS recruits right here in Minnesota.
“Omar laughed that Americans speak of Al Qaeda–remember that tape–speak of Al Qaeda. But when we say, but when we say something about the United States, you just don’t say America with any intensity. Remember that? Representative Omar has a history of launching virulent anti-Semitic screeds, whether you like it or not.
“She said the U.S. support for Israel is all about the Benjamins. She said that pro-Israel lawmakers have an allegiance to a foreign country. Omar wrote that Israel has hypnotized the world. May Allah awaken the people and help them to see the evil doings of Israel and the United States.
“How do you have such a person representing you in Minnesota? I’m very angry at you people right now. She is a disgrace to our country.”
It is amazing the energy difference between a Republican rally and any of the socialist rallies. Pocahontas had a good turnout the other day, but the crowd was subdued, unlike the President’s supporters. I always believed the President would win reelection, but that it would be close again. But maybe the President will win in a landslide based on these rallies.
Everything Trump said about Omar was true. She indeed is a disgrace.
As to Trump’s comments on Thursday night, consider how conservatives can fight back on the constant barrage of criticism from the left that is based on Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, i.e., Rule #4, Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.
Emotions and mockery are often just as effective as reason. Debates using logic and recitations of facts to liberals all too often fails to get the job done. The good news is that liberals almost never have logic on their side, so they’re incapable of rationally making a case for their policies, while conservatives can become considerably more effective debaters by merely adding some emotion-based arguments and sheer scorn to their discourse.
It’s about time Trump dropped to the level of the Democrat’s slanderous comments about him, and I thought it was beneficial.
