On Thursday, NFL Wide Reciever Antonio Brown was slapped with a civil lawsuit by a former trainer, Britney Taylor, accusing him of rape.
Taylor met Brown while they were attending Central Michigan and whom he later hired as a trainer, claims the NFL star sexually assaulted and raped her during three separate encounters.
According to the federal lawsuit filed by Taylor’s representatives on Tuesday, September 10 in the Southern District of Florida, she says the first incident happened during a training session in June 2017, when Antonio “exposed himself and kissed [her] without her consent” at his home in Pittsburgh.
Britney said a month later, while at Antonio’s home in Miami, he “began masturbating near her without her knowledge and ejaculated on her back” while positioned behind her. Britney claims Antonio bragged about the incident to her in “profane and angry text messages.”
Taylor said the 3rd assault happened after Brown allegedly reached out to her several months later and “begged forgiveness.” She agreed to continue training him, but on May 2018, he allegedly “forced her down onto a bed, pushed her face into the mattress, and forcibly raped her” after a night out at a Miami-area club.

Antonio Brown's lawyer denies "each and every allegation" which is interesting because the details of at least one of the incidents are VERY specific and those texts/emails reportedly from AB seem to confirm those details unless I am missing something?

@Patriots after what happened with Robert Kraft and that little trist do you seriously need this latest Antonio Brown civil lawsuit to explain??? Now that you have signed him – this should be a 0 tolerance issue you have to release him or your organization will never live it down

Antonio Brown should certainly be ashamed of the content of these text messages, but as Fred Toucher has pointed out, so should Central Michigan.

This Antonio Brown situation is easy. If they were in a consensual sexual relationship, as he claims, release the texts. She’s bound to have sent some type of text that’ll confirm his innocence….

Brown has denied the rape allegations against him. His attorney Darren Heitner released a statement on Twitter, claiming that “the accuser engaged Mr. Brown in a consensual personal relationship” and that “any sexual interaction with Mr. Brown was entirely consensual.”
Heitner also suggests Brown refused to invest in Britney’s 1.6 million dollar business project, and this is her retaliation. He also attempted to demean Britney, claiming that she is trying to financially benefit from Brown’s status as a celebrity by posting multiple photographs of the athlete on her social media page.
The New England Patriots released a statement to NBC Sports Boston: “We are aware of the civil lawsuit that was filed earlier today against Antonio Brown, as well as the response by Antonio’s representatives. We take these allegations very seriously. Under no circumstance does this organization condone sexual violence or assault. The league has informed us that they will be investigating. We will have no further comment while that investigation takes place.”
