CNN’s Don Lemon is in trouble.

Dustin Hice is taking Lemon to court claiming the CNN host attacked him at a Hampton’s bar during summer 2018. Hice is seeking unspecified damages for “emotional pain and suffering.”

Let’s remember, Democrats play the game that you are guilty until proven innocent, so actually, no witnesses are needed by their must believe the victim. Hold them to their words, deeds, actions, and policies, that’s what I feel.

CNN just settled a huge lawsuit with former employees which resulted in cutting some employees. Do you think they will settle this one too?

Dustin Hice says in his Suffolk County Supreme Court suit, which was filed over the weekend, that he was slinging drinks in July 2018 for The Old Stove Pub in Sagaponack when he and his coworkers decided to go out for drinks after work.

They headed to Murf’s Backstreet Tavern in Sag Harbor, where Hice “noticed a familiar face and realized that Mr. Lemon was also at the bar, seemingly enjoying a drink with his friends,” the lawsuit says.

“Being cordial, Plaintiff tried to get Mr. Lemon’s attention and offered to buy Mr. Lemon a drink, a ‘Lemon Drop,’ a vodka cocktail,” the papers state.

“Mr. Lemon denied Plaintiff’s offer and responded that he was ‘just trying to have a good time,’ ” the suit says. [NY Post]

According to Hice’s lawsuit, “Mr. Lemon intensely pushed his fingers against Plaintiff’s face under Plaintiff’s nose, forcing Plaintiff’s head to thrust backward as Defendant repeatedly asked Plaintiff ‘Do you like p**y or d**k?’ While saying this, Mr. Lemon continued to shove his fingers into Plaintiff’s face with aggression and hostility.”

This was really an insane thing that Lemon did, talk about bonkers. What sane person would ever act like that, even drunk?

CNN really knows how to pick em.

Of course, CNN is standing by Lemon at this time releasing this statement:

“The plaintiff in this lawsuit has previously displayed a pattern of contempt for CNN on his social media accounts. This claim follows his unsuccessful threats and demands for an exorbitant amount of money from Don Lemon. Don categorically denies these claims and this matter does not merit any further comment at this time.”

If I were Hice I would be left with the same “feelings of shame, humiliation, anxiety, anger, and guilt,” he reported following the incident.

Seriously, I am coming to the conclusion that their whole political ideology is because they suffer from mental problems. And I’m being serious now. I always thought that to be just anecdotal, but I am seriously considering this to actually be the case.

You never hear of a conservative or people from the entire right political spectrum doing this sort of crap. And if it happened, believe me, you would!
