Sorry Congresswoman, If Congress is paying out 15 million in settlements, it is the right of the American people to know who the members are.
As I’ve often said, it’s not a swamp; it’s a cesspool. Ironically though, I didn’t see this one coming at this level. Does anyone want to be a special prosecutor for this one? The establishment protects the establishment.
$15 million to settle sexual harassment cases! That’s our tax dollars folks, paying for the “big man on campus” proclivities. It’s time it hit them in their bank accounts so their families could share the knowledge.
This info should be made public. Not the victims, but the perpetrators.

“Well, it is my responsibility to address the seriousness of this issue. These survivors are subject to a non-disclosure agreement. I’m not going to violate their non-disclosure agreement,” Speier responded.“I think moving forward we have got to take steps to make sure that there is transparency. That in fact, the harasser is not going to have the settlement paid for out of the U.S. Treasury and have all the taxpayers paying for it. It should be something that is paid for by the individual.”
Todd followed up by asking Speier if taxpayer money has been used to protect the identities of these members of Congress.
“One member of Congress has been – has settled a claim, and there has been a taxpayer settlement,” Speier told Todd.
I hope somebody gets to the bottom of this. So infuriating that they set this up so they would be protected and taxpayers would pay their fine. Even the ones who do not behave this way seem to be guilty of keeping it hidden.
I wonder if anyone on the left realizes or cares that the media ultimately creates the narrative every month. White supremacy one month, gun control the next, now sexual assault.
These idiots need to be held accountable. They work 2-3 days a week. Have several weeks of vacations to include so many perks like special health care, beauty salon, gym all paid for by “we the people.” They are the entitled class, and they protect each other like Hollywood protects their own.
You help elect your representative, or at least your neighbors do. Then, your representative messes up big time. Then a slush fund, again using your money, pays for the coverup. Now you are paying double essentially subsidizing bad behavior. Your representative gets his pay, his pension, and his benefits with no downside. Fascinating.
